2.2. Response Time: We will make every effort to respond to support inquiries promptly, but response times may vary.
2.3. Language: All communication should be conducted in a respectful and appropriate manner using the designated language(s) of the server.


3.Virtual Items and Services:
3.1. Ownership: All virtual items and services acquired from the store are the property of Toxic Gaming and remain the intellectual property of the server.
3.2. Loss and Damage: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to virtual items or services, including accidental deletion, rollback, or server closure.
3.3. Change of Content: We reserve the right to modify or remove virtual items, services, or store features without prior notice.
3.4. Fair Usage: Virtual items are for personal use and may not be sold, traded, or transferred outside the server's ecosystem.

4.1. We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these rules and terms at any time. Without notification.
4.2. "Toxic gaming" Or "Toxic" will be used as a short name for Toxic Gaming Servers LTD

5.Termination and Suspension:

7.4. Delivery: Virtual items or services will be delivered as soon as payment is confirmed. In some cases, there might be a delay due to technical issues.
7.5. Chargebacks: Chargebacks or disputes without contacting support will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the server.
7.6 Any Players who are banned for any reason by Toxic gaming will forfeit any purchases

13.1. By creating and publishing video content featuring Toxic Gaming, Toxic Gaming staff or associated or related gameplay on our server, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, reproduce,
distribute, display, and modify the content for promotional and marketing purposes.
13.2. You retain the rights to your original video content, and this license does not restrict you from using or sharing it elsewhere.
13.3. When sharing video content related to Toxic Gaming, you agree not to misrepresent the server or its community, and you must adhere to the rules and terms of service outlined in this document.
